Hermès verkoopt aandeel in Leica
French luxury goods manufacturer Hermès said it would sell its stake in troubled German camera maker Leica to family company ACM Projektentwicklung Gmbh, yet would keep half of its current portfolio of bonds.
No amount for the transaction was disclosed, but Hermès said it would expect a capital gain of 15 million euro. ACM will now retain 88% of Leica, Hermès said also.
